Treasure Coast Pharmacy was considered to be one of the hugest manufacturers of anabolic steroids. Undoubtedly, it had to distribute its drugs; that’s why it was impossible for this Pharmacy to act separately from clinics, physiciancs and consumers. So, it is known that Treasure Coast Pharmacy was straightly linked with two health centres that were located in the same place. A Sebastian clinic is also included. Its owner was Dr. Timothy Sigman.
It is known that three individuals played significant roles in Treasure Coast Pharmacy. The owner of this Pharmacy was Peter Del Toro.
Jaclyn Rubino, the pharmacy worker, distributed steroids, HGH and prescriptions to different people over internet or telephone.
Richard Del Toro, the top manager of Treasure Coast Pharmacy was straightly united with the Sebastian clinic of Timothy Sigman. Richard Del Toro took part in the management of this clinic.
According to the investigations, the receptionists, the office manager and physicians were employed to sell different medicines, including HGH and anabolic steroids.
Lately Del Toro, the owner of Treasure Coast Pharmacy, Rubino, the employee of this Pharmacy, Sigman, the owner of a Sebastian health clinic and several other persons were arrested by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Except for main managers, more than 10 workers linked with Treasure Coast Pharmacy are suspected in distribution of HGH, steroids and pain pills.
The owner of the Pharmacy is is claimed to import steroids from China.
The state Department of Health decided to close the pharmacy. Peter Del Toro lost pharmacist license.
He could be sentenced to 20-year imprisonment.
It is suspected that Treasure Coast Pharmacy sold a lot of steroids and HGH. Peter Del Toro filled more than 80% of the prescriptions. According to the orders, these products were as well transported to certain other locations.
Treasure Coast Pharmacy was as well connected with clinics owned by Forgione. Today Forgione is in a federal prison.
